Make Vegan Pesto from Leftover Greens
Got too much green herbs just sitting in your fridge? Why not transform them into delicious vegan pesto? If you are not hungry, you can always save it for later, while saving food from going to waste.
Follow this simple recipe which you can customise your own pesto!
2-3 cups of Green Herbs (you can mix different herbs together e.g. Basil, Pasley, Mint even leafly green veggies like Spinach you can also use!)
2/3 cup Olive Oil
1/2 cup Vegan Nutritional Yeast
1/4 cup Nuts (any nuts you have!)
Little Salt and Pepper
1/2 Lemon Juice
